Ben Phillips - Realtor Associate, CHMS, CNS Ben was raised in North Florida and moved back to Gainesville and joined the Focus team in November 2006 after living in South Florida from 2000-2006. Sunni Moreno- Sales Associate Sunni joined the Focus team in March 2007, specializing in condo sales. Currently, Sunni works out of our downtown office at Campus View Condominiums and specializes in the new construction sales at Campus View South. Prior to moving to Gainesville, Sunni conducted sales training for the Fairfield Resort in Orlando, Fl. She attended the University of South Florida and majored in Communications. Sunni had the prestigious opportunity to study abroad in Italy at the Universita de Perugia.
